A multidisciplinary Product Designer, currently working for the NHS Education for Scotland.
As a Product Designer, I find satisfaction in creating and improving experiences. My mission is to connect people with products with empathy and understanding of both user and business needs.
With over 18 years working in various technical and managerial roles in Technology, I’ve decided to refocus my career on user experience design. Combining my passion and curiosity in human behaviour and the digital world, I offer a unique, holistic approach to product design.
With my previous experiences guiding me, I am able to empathise with the users, understand the business and technical constraints and craft solutions that consider both needs and limitations.
I value diversity, collaboration and knowledge sharing, and strive to create products that can positively impact people's day to day life.
When I’m not designing, you can find me with a book, listening to Podcasts or practising meditation. I enjoy spending time with people, playing with my pets and absorbing some Vitamin D (when the sun is finally out).
